Customer Quoting & Invoicing

Scout creates itemized invoices in QuickBooks Online. Scout also allows you to prepare quotes for new and/or existing customers.

Customer History

Scout provides the ability to review customer service history from a mobile device.

Item Categories

Scout allows you to assign categories and sub-categories to items. Rules regarding price overrides are also maintained in Scout.


Detailed reports of all items quoted for a specific date range is available from the Scout Portal.

Casually Connected

Scout allows you to complete your work without being connected. Connection is only required to sync.
